This warranty excludes coverage for excessive physical and/or accidental abuse, loss and theft of an item, broken, cracked or lost stones, but in the unlikely event a stone happens to loosen or fall out, we will tighten or replace the stone under this warranty (stone must be returned with the ring). Inlay materials such as Gold, Platinum and Silver are not as durable and damage to such materials is not covered by this warranty, unless the damage occurred due to manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to or from TIFJewelries.com.

Please notify TIFJewelries.com of any apparent defects upon their discovery to obtain a return authorization. PLEASE DO NOT ship your products to TIFJewelries.com without prior authorization.
